Michelle is the person who makes Atrion run. Even was she was young, she loved taking things apart to see how they worked, always trying to make them work better. Today as Chief Operations Officer, she brings that drive for performance excellence to Atrion. An engineer by training, she champions the building of strong infrastructures based on
evolving technology solutions and operational efficiency.
Michelle knows that it is not just about the technology, but also about the people and process. As a catalyst for change, she works closely with the business units to drive continuous improvement and ensure they are positioned to deliver Atrion’s strategic objectives. Michelle also loves the mentoring part of her job, and is devoted to helping emerging leaders in the company develop their skills and careers.
While she clearly works hard, she also plays hard too. A loyal New England Patriots football fan, Michelle has been to two of the team’s three Super Bowl victories. She also enjoys traveling outside of New England with her family, who are annual pass holders of Walt Disney World resorts. A believer of Disney’s “If you can dream it, you can do it” philosophy, Michelle attended the Disney Institute Executive Development Program to bring that unmatched customer experience to Atrion.
