Michelle joined BrightClaim in 2004 and is responsible for our Resource Management including our Dispatch, Credentialing and Administrative teams. She has worked in the Property & Casualty industry for over 15 years in various roles, including working as an adjuster for an independent firm, commercial adjuster for a carrier, supervisor of
warranty programs and supervised teams of adjusters in both daily and catastrophe environments. Michelle attended the University of Georgia and received her BBA in Risk Management & Insurance.
