With a strong background in operations as well as project management since moving back to the UK from South Africa in 1997, Michaela brings a wealth of varied experience to Certua. Her core strength lies in the development, improvement and management of business processes, using technology, whenever possible. In South Africa, Michaela held senior
management roles in Southern Sun Hotels as well as commercial and industrial catering companies, SFS and Feedem. Michaela has worked with clients and development teams in USA, UK, Greece, South Africa, Slovakia, Russia and Ukraine.
