Michael T. Yonker, for more than nine years prior to his retirement in June 1998, was President and Chief Executive Officer of Portec, Inc., a diversified industrial products company with operations in the construction equipment, materials handling and railroad products industries. Mr. Yonker served as a director of Woodward Governor Company from
1996 to 2014 and served as a director of Modine Manufacturing Company from 1993 to 2012. He has been one of our directors since October 25, 2002. Having served as Chief Executive Officer of Portec and a senior executive officer and director of other companies, Mr. Yonker has a depth of business experience.
