Michael Szelest is a licensed Professional Engineer and Branch Manager specializing in civil engineering consulting, with expertise in geotechnical engineering, structural inspections, and code compliance. Based in Florida, he is known for a results-driven approach to project management, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and client
satisfaction. Szelest began his career at Engineering Consulting Services (ECS Group of Companies) in 2020 as an Assistant Staff Project Manager and quickly advanced through key leadership roles, including Project Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, before being promoted to Branch Manager in 2024. In this role, he oversees branch operations, leads multidisciplinary teams, and drives the successful delivery of complex engineering projects across Southwest Florida.
