Michael started his 30-year career in opposition research working on behalf of federal and state political candidates nationwide. He then broadened his scope to business intelligence and corporate investigations
where he has garnered extensive experience managing high profile domestic and international cases involving M&A and activist diligence, competitive intelligence, white collar crimes, internal investigations, intellectual property disputes and asset recovery.
