Michael J. Saxon, Executive Vice President - U.S. Commercial Lines, joined the Company in 2001 and served as Chief Operating Officer from 2005 - 2016. Prior to joining the Company, he was Chief Claims Officer for Credit General Insurance Company, a property and casualty insurer. In 1984, Mr. Saxon began his career at Liberty Mutual, an insurance
company. Thereafter, Mr. Saxon joined Progressive Insurance Company, where he held successively more responsible management positions in the Claims Department over an eight-year period.
