Michael Rose, age 73, served as Chairman of the Board of First Horizon National Corporation, a banking and financial services company, and its subsidiary, First Tennessee Bank National Association, from 2007 until his retirement in 2012. He served as Chairman of the Board of Gaylord Entertainment Company from 2001 to 2005.
