Almost 18 years as a professional has given me the knowledge to build this website. I have worked for multiple hospitals, medical staffing agencies and in multiple capacities. I worked as a struggling agency nurse trying to get a shift and as a charge nurse trying to fill holes in the schedule at the last minute, calling multiple nurses and
agencies with no luck. That's when I had the idea to start this website, a need that has long been missed.
