USS Investment Management (USSIM) is the wholly investment management subsidiary of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS). Mike has overall responsibility for the Private Markets Group and is Chairman of the Private Markets Investment Committee within USSIM. He is also a Board Director of USSIM, a member of the USSIM Executive Committee and
the Investment Policy Committee. Mike represents USS on a number of portfolio company boards and advisory boards, and is a member of the BVCA Limited Partner Advisory Committee.
