Michael has over 18 years extensive experience in IPO arrangement, accounting, auditing, M&A and financial management. Prior to joining Infinity, Michael was Director of RSM Nelson Wheeler Capital Limited where he led a team to carry out M&A, fund raising and other corporate advisory services for his clients.
He had successfully led
and completed several IPOs and reverse acquisitions in Hong Kong for the past 10 years. He has worked for several Hong Kong listed companies as director and CFO as well, including Sonavox International Holdings (HKSE: 8226), Enviro Energy Holdings (HKSE: 8182), Hong Kong Life Group (HKSE: 8212), China Uptown Group (HKSE: 2330), Sino Dragon New Energy Group (HKSE: 0395) and etc.
