Michael is the Leader of Paxon’s commercial and financial advisory practice and possesses over 20 years’ experience in the sector.
Michael is an Australian leader in financial and commercial advice for social infrastructure projects and has advised on over $20 billion of projects over the past 5 years.
Michael has been involved in the
development of new infrastructure models in the education sector and has advised on numerous financings and procurements.
As the leader of the practice, Michael provides advice to Paxon clients on:
Funding and financing of projects and services;
Development of business cases and feasibility studies for new infrastructure;
Financial modelling and analysis;
Procurement and financings options assessment;
The development of PPP and collaborative ventures between Government and the Private Sector; and
Commercial Strategy Development.
