Michael is responsible for ensuring that the many components of Joule’s service offerings are effectively and efficiently deployed on behalf of the agency’s clients. He has overseen operations at Joule since 2009, leveraging his extensive traditional consulting experience to build out the program and project management discipline at the agency.
Overseeing both the project management and operations disciplines, Michael directly or indirectly has an impact on every client account.
Prior to joining Joule, Michael spent eight years in technology consulting with Intrasphere, overseeing their program management discipline and leading the delivery of client solutions domestically and overseas. Earlier in his career, Michael was a senior project manager at USWeb/CKS (marchFIRST) and also a digital strategy consultant with SBI/Dentsu Fuse, working with clients in New York and Japan.
A graduate of Quincy University, Michael also holds a master’s degree from Marquette University.
