Michael joined Omnicom Group as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in November 2003. As Omnicom’s global chief legal officer, Michael advises the Board of Directors and its Committees, leads the Company’s worldwide legal team, manages legal services provided to the Company, and monitors the Company’s compliance with all applicable
regulations around the world.
Prior to Omnicom, Michael spent 15 years in private practice, representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies regarding acquisitions, financings, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
