Michael leads both Customer Success and Sales Engineering at Anvilogic, driving revenue growth and customer outcomes across the full customer lifecycle. In this dual-management role, he oversees teams responsible for customer expansion, retention, and new business acquisition while personally managing strategic partnerships, technical field

engagements, and business development initiatives. He has built customer intelligence infrastructure using first-party data to develop behavior tracking, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement in an effort to power data-driven decisions across GTM initiatives. He also designs and deploys AI agents across GTM functions to increase pipeline velocity and operational efficiency.

Drawing on his experience leading the Global Cloud SOC at JPMorgan Chase, Michael brings deep operational security expertise to help customers operationalize threat detection and response capabilities. He coordinates technical onsite visits and works closely with enterprise customers and partners to maximize the impact of Anvilogic's AI SOC platform. His unique combination of hands-on SOC leadership, customer empathy, commercial acumen, and a builder's mindset around data and automation enables him to bridge the gap between security operations theory and real-world implementation, helping security teams leverage AI-driven detection capabilities to improve their operations and response effectiveness.
