As CFO, Michael manages all of the financial activities of the Company, including business planning and analysis, treasury functions, and financial reporting, as well as overseeing HR, Legal and other administrative matters.
He also has served as the CFO of several technology growth companies including publicly owned ASI Solutions (acquired by
Aon), CPower (acquired by Constellation Energy), and Mformation Technologies, where he had extensive dealings with customers and suppliers within the wireless telecommunications industry.
Earlier he worked for Mars, Inc., Daimler Benz, and KPMG. He has raised significant amounts of equity and debt capital.
Michael earned an A.B. in Economics and an MBA from Rutgers, and became a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.
