Michael McKinley serves as Vice President and General Manager of Delta Risk LLC, providing leadership and oversight of the company’s metro Philadelphia office. With experience as a former military officer, corporate finance professional, cybersecurity practitioner, and entrepreneur, Mike has a keen understanding of the vital role and limits of
information security in enterprise risk management. He is a frequent speaker at industry forums and in university classrooms, and has extensive experience addressing the “people side” of security.
Mike was a co-founder of Allied InfoSecurity, Inc., where he served as President and CEO prior to the company being acquired by Delta Risk in 2016. Before launching Allied InfoSecurity in 2006, he held financial controller and compliance management as well as other leadership roles at the Campbell Soup Company. Mike began his career as a military intelligence officer serving in overseas and domestic assignments, culminating in a two-year Pentagon assignment as chief, Defensive Information (Computer) Warfare Doctrine and Strategy. He is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, a former Fulbright Scholar, and holds a MA in Public Management from the University of Maryland.
