As a Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer, Mike is the culture czar and the grease in the machine that is Office Practicum. Every day he is thankful to work with a team that works hard, has fun, and truly cares about customers.
Prior to his involvement with Office Practicum, Mike was President of Anderson Financial Systems. At AFS, he
was responsible for application design and customer relationship management, with a special emphasis on creating strong internal systems for release management. His experience spans over 25 years of software development and systems engineering, including positions at General Electric’s Global Research and NeXT Computer, Inc.
Mike earned his Masters in Computer Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering at Lehigh University.
Mike, who likes to indulge in a big bowl of Turkey Hill’s Choco Mint Chip ice cream, lives with his wife, Carol, in Cherry Hill, NJ. Their four children are pursuing their passions elsewhere."
