Mr. Michael J. Maples, age 72, has been a Director of the Company since February 1996. Until July 1995, Mr. Maples was Executive Vice President of the Worldwide Products Group and a member of the Office of the President of Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Maples, who joined Microsoft in 1988, has over 30 years of experience in the computer industry.
Before joining Microsoft, he was Director of Software Strategy for IBM. Mr. Maples also serves as a director of Q2 Holdings, Inc. and Sonic Corp.
