Michael is the Managing Partner and co-founder of BlackEagle. He is responsible for leading the firm’s investment committee and managing its internal resources.
Michael has extensive experience in the investment community serving as senior partner at Questor Management Company where he was responsible for some of the firm’s most successful
investments. With more than 30 years of advisory experience, Michael served as a partner at Beacon Group Holdings (acquired by JPMorgan Chase), vice chairman and member of the board of directors at PaineWebber, executive managing director at Kidder, Peabody, & Co. responsible for all investment banking and capital market activities worldwide, and co-head of worldwide investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
Michael holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from LeMoyne College. He is active with his alma mater serving as chair of the LeMoyne College Board of Trustees from 1999-2003 and was honored in 2012 in the naming of the Madden School of Business at LeMoyne College.
