Mr. Michael J. Lyon is Chief Financial Officer of Pattern Energy Group Inc. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lyon served as Head of Structured Finance of PEG LP since May 2010. Prior to joining PEG LP, Mr. Lyon independently managed a portfolio of investment assets from 2003 to 2010. He was a principal of Babcock & Brown from 1989 to 2003,
where he advised clients on, and structured and placed debt and equity in, the independent power industry. Prior to that, Mr. Lyon worked for Geothermal Resources International, Inc. in a variety of roles, including as assistant vice president, from 1983 to 1988. He also worked for Main Hurdman, a predecessor to KPMG LLP, from 1980 to 1983 and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
