Michael held positions of Chief Marketing Officer for Massively Parallel Technologies, a provider of high performance parallel computing, Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for HyperSpace Communications, Inc., a manufacturer of network and web application optimization software, co-founder, Executive Vice President of European Operations (Amsterdam) and Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for Avolent, Inc., a pioneer in electronic bill presentment and payment solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises, Managing Director for Systor AG in Zürich, Switzerland, and co-founder and Director at the SHL Systemhouse, Object Technology Center (OTC). Michael earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems & International Business from the University of Oklahoma and the East German University for Economics in the former East Berlin and German language proficiency at the Technical University of Braunschweig in Braunschweig, Germany.
