Michael Lousteau is the Board of Director of APFusion. Mike joined in 2010 as General Counsel. Prior to joining I2BF Mike was an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C., a leading Silicon Valley law firm, where he worked with investors and companies on numerous venture capital, merger and acquisition and public offering
transactions within alternative energy and cleantech, software and SaaS, retail, networking, semiconductors, consumer internet and biotechnology.
Previously Mike practiced tax law in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster.
Mike holds a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
