Mike is a CPA with 30 years experience in financing and operations in public and private companies. He was CFO of Silent Witness (TSX:SWE) just prior to the sale to Honeywell, and served on the board of Digital Payment Technologies (a private company that designs and manufactures electronic parking meters) for six years as the Chairman of its audit
and compensation committees. Previously he worked in the resource industry and was treasurer and controller for Cominco (TSX:TEK), a $1.6B revenue mining company. Mike holds Bachelors of Science in Geology and Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
