My background spans the full arc of enterprise-scale portfolio management to early-stage startup execution. I specialize in aligning teams, systems, and capital toward measurable value—whether delivering custom data platforms, productizing AI workflows, or refining service operations for margin and growth.
My approach strategically and tactically combines formal PMI-based delivery governance with scalable agile frameworks, enabling high-velocity execution without sacrificing strategic alignment or operational discipline.
