Mr. Cleary brings over 25 years of investment management experience to Cleary Gull, which he founded in 1987. In addition to being responsible for overall supervision of the firm, he is very active in new business development and client service in the trust, endowment, corporate and high net worth markets. He is a member of the firm’s Investment
Policy Committee and Equity Strategy Group.
Prior to launching Cleary Gull, he was a First Vice President of Institutional Sales at Robert W. Baird & Co. He also worked in the investment real estate industry.
Mr. Cleary is involved in many civic and charitable concerns. He is a former Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Milwaukee, and is currently on the Advisory Board for the St. Francis Children’s Center as well as the Board of Trustees for the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. He is also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.
Mr. Cleary earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He also completed the Advanced Money Management Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
