Michael Groves is a Geographer with a PhD in remote sensing. He has worked for over 30 years in environmental management, sustainable forestry, sustainability reporting and waste data analytics. He is the founder of Resordinate, an analytics company that enables sustainability teams in large enterprises to automatically assimilate high
quality, auditable data on waste and circularity for ESG and carbon reporting. For ten years, Michael has led the argument for a data-driven approach to waste and materials management, this work has been acknowledged by the World Economic Forum and Ellen Macarthur Foundation.
