Mike Gray is the chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee. He has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and profound knowledge of the public financial markets.
Mike previously served as chief financial officer for Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., a leading supplier of InfiniBand and Ethernet interconnect solutions and services, helped
lead that company from its start-up stage through successful initial and secondary public equity offerings.
While he was CFO at Mellanox from 2004 to 2012, the company integrated a strategic acquisition and increased its annual revenue from $42 million to more than $500 million. From 1995 to 2004, Gray served in various capacities, including CFO, at SanDisk Corp., a global leader in flash memory storage solutions. He supported the company’s initial public offering, directed its equity raising activities and managed the accounting for its $1 billion-plus annual business.
Mike holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
