Prior to joining CIP Capital, Mr. Grady was a Senior Vice President at Partners Group in their direct investment business where he focused on leveraged buyouts in the technology and services sectors and was responsible for new deal sourcing, execution and post-closing value enhancement. Prior to joining Partners Group, Mr. Grady was a Vice
President at Spire Capital Partners where he focused on the tech-enabled business services, communications infrastructure and education sectors. Mr. Grady started his career in JPMorgan’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications group where he worked on M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financing for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
Mr. Grady graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor’s in English.
