Mike Gaither is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of American Tire Distributors, Inc., and has served in that role since May 1999. Gaither earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Gaither and his family make their home in Charlotte, North Carolina.
