Michael J. Flinn is Chief Commercial Officer of Pivot, in charge of all commercial and legal matters. He has been a shareholder and lawyer at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where his practice involved advising individuals and businesses on organizational, governance, and structural issues which they encounter in addressing their personal,
business, and financial needs. His experience encompasses a broad range of transactions, including mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, public and private financings of corporate projects, privately held business tax and estate planning, venture capital investments, as well as day-to-day commercial and operating issues. As Chief Commercial Officer, he is responsible for Pivot’s acquisitions, contracts, and legal issues. Mr. Flinn holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
