Michael Flaherty is a co-founder of Hemanua and a former senior audit partner in Andersen and KPMG ( Ireland ) with extensive experience of working with a wide range of Irish and international clients . Michael served as a Member of the National Paediatric Development Board from 2007-2011 and as Chair of Audit Committee over that period . He holds
a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from National University of Ireland at Galway. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland .
