Michael Fishoff is a financial and operating executive with 35 years of experience in the public and private arena, primarily in consumer products industries. His expertise and experience have spanned global assignments, including two years in the European Headquarters for Bristol Myers, and serving as the global CFO for Coty Inc., a $4 billion
privately held manufacturer and marketer of perfumes and cosmetics.
Most recently, Michael served as CFO / COO of StriVectin Operating Co., where he oversaw the upgrading of financial analysis, bank negotiations, and operating logistics savings. In prior roles, he has had significant experience in acquisitions and divestitures, including negotiating and integrating post-acquisition (Clairol divestiture to P&G), and acquisition of licenses (Calvin Klein fragrances, Marc Jacobs, and Kenneth Cole, among others).
