Prior to joining Zekelman Industries, Mr. Mechley spent 27 years with General Electric, Aircraft Engines working in various roles in finance, product support and purchasing. He has also held financial positions at both Keebler and Owens Illlinois.
Mr. Mechley has worked extensively in the area of cost reduction, teaching classes on
lean/speed/process mapping. He is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma and holds three patents.
Mr. Mechley received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in management from Xavier University.
