Mr. Dugan has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services sector, having joined DriveWealth in July 2012 from TAB Networks, Inc. and AlgoPartners, LLC, where he served as a C-level consultant to the CEO. Prior to consulting, Mr. Dugan served for more than three years as Chief Administrative Officer for FX Solutions LLC, a New
Jersey-based Forex Dealer Member of the National Futures Association specializing in retail, over-the-counter foreign exchange and derivative products. Mr. Dugan served for twenty-one (21) years at Prudential Equity Group LLC, as both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. In those roles he was responsible for the financial and administrative functions of numerous Prudential business units, including Investment Banking, Debt and Equity Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, and Equity Research. During his last four years at Prudential, Mr. Dugan was also the Financial and Operations Principal (FinOp) for Prudential’s NYSE-member broker-dealer. Prior to joining Prudential, Mr. Dugan served as Controller at First Rock Financial Corporation in New York, and also worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. He received a B.S. from Lehigh University with a dual major in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Dugan is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey (AICPA, NJSCPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute, NYSSA). He holds FINRA/NFA Series 3, 7, 24, 27, 34, 55, 63 and 99 licenses.
