Michael Donnon is a senior growth and marketing executive, advisor, and angel investor with a track record of scaling consumer brands across both startup and enterprise environments. He currently serves as VP of Marketing at Whisker Labs, leading brand, growth, PR, creative, and partner marketing for Ting — an AI-powered IoT sensor and electrical
fire prevention platform deployed in more than 1.3 million homes across 35+ insurance carrier partners, including Nationwide and State Farm.
Through MELT Ventures LLC, his advisory and investment vehicle, Donnon advises early-stage startups on go-to-market strategy, growth, and AI-driven product development, and makes selective angel investments in consumer, media, and AI companies.
Previously, Donnon was SVP of Demand Marketing & User Acquisition at Paramount+ International, where he oversaw the app's growth across new major international markets. Earlier, at Lionsgate, he led the go-to-market launch of Pantaya, scaling it from zero into the #1 Spanish-language streaming service and a $150M acquisition. His earlier roles span Whipclip (WhipMedia Group), Demand Media (Leaf Group), Society6, eHarmony, Blockbuster Online, Expedia / Hotels.com, and Caesars Entertainment.
Donnon holds a BBA in Business Marketing from Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business and a certificate in Designing and Building AI Products and Services from MIT xPRO.
