Michael joined Huntington Capital in January 2011 and is involved in analyzing new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and monitoring portfolio companies. He is also involved in fund accounting and reporting.
Prior to joining Huntington Capital, Michael worked as consultant for Google providing finance and accounting services
including process improvement, systems implementation, close support, business process outsourcing, and audit. There he served as an integral part of a team responsible for over $4B in assets globally. Prior to that, he was a senior associate with BDO, the world’s fifth largest accounting and consulting network. There he led engagement teams in delivering assurance services to both public and private companies in industries such as health care, consulting, non-profit, and real estate.
Michael earned a BA in economics from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA in financial management from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of California.
