Mike is a member of the Main Board and Executive Committee and is responsible for guiding Glory’s international hardware and software technology roadmap, creating product and software solutions that deliver real, measurable value for our clients. He also leads our 1,800-member global Customer Services team, ensuring that our clients receive the
very best experience we can deliver – every day. Additionally, he guides our international marketing activities and our international long-term innovation efforts.
In his 23 years with Glory Global Solutions (and predecessor companies Talaris and De La Rue), Mike has served in various leadership roles in North American Direct and Indirect Sales, Customer Services, and global roles as noted above. He has managed a number of business integration efforts around the world during our growth to $2B in global revenue. Prior to joining the company in 1995, he spent 10 years in the electronic security industry with Kastle Systems, an innovator in outsourced security management. Mike received his BA degree from Rice University, Houston, Texas.
