With over 25 years of experience uniquely invested in IT industry sales leadership positions, Mike has a background rich in history of driving positive results across local and broad based, national sales organizations, building successful teams and helping to grow the business.
He has sold software, hardware, network transport infrastructure
and SaaS solutions in direct and channel based models and has hired, mentored, promoted and led teams of sales executives to professional success while achieving strong business results and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with prior employers.
Mike’s career has been dedicated to delivering strategic revenue while fostering a culture of excellence, open communication and building relationships with multiple key stakeholders inside and outside the organization. His years of experience position him well to assume his responsibilities leading the rapidly growing Workface sales team, where Mike will be focused on direct sales growth as well as working with the Workface Channel.
Mike earned his BS in Business Administration from Villanova University and holds a Masters in Management from Kellogg at Northwestern University.
