Michael August brings to TMW over 25 years of experience in organizational and business development. He has hands-on experience with more than 40 merger and acquisition transactions for both large and small companies, including BAAN / SSA GLOBAL, AnswerPort and Computer Science Corporation.
In addition to his merger and integration
experience, August has served as Chief Operating Officer of a large enterprise software company and Vice President of several large professional services organizations.
August holds a master's degree in Manufacturing Systems from University of St. Thomas, a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Development from University of Wisconsin and a BS in Organizational Development from Rhode Island College.
