As a key leader in both Sequoia’s Institutional Services and Asset Management Departments, my role is unique -- I am able to leverage myexperience and education combined with valuable insights and strategies to help clients at many levels across the firm.
As Managing Director of Institutional Services, I primarily focus my time overseeing and
developing solutions for fiduciaries of corporate retirement plans. By identifying opportunities for plan sponsors, I am able to facilitate the ongoing development and delivery of fiduciary simplicity and participant solutions via Sequoia’s proprietary process, The Prudent Expert System® which I led in creating. The unique process assists plan sponsors in properly operating their plan as mandated by ERISA and the Department of Labor which includes helping participants.
