Mr. Osterman is the Vice President of Strategic Programs at JYG Innovations and has over thirty (30) years of experience in information technology development, management and business consulting. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has served as CIO and IT Director in various commercial and manufacturing environments. Mr.
Osterman’s experience includes over fifteen (15) years in DoD environments including development of digital flight control systems for F-111, F-16, F-22 and Taiwanese Indigenous Defensive Fighter aircraft. He has developed embedded systems for GPS / Inertial smart bomb applications and has managed verification and validation efforts for major ACAT-I ERP implementations for the US Air Force. Mr. Osterman’s focus includes strategic planning, relationship cultivation, business development and new program startup. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Evansville and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Dallas.
