Ms. Oliver has been a Vice President and Treasurer at Darby since the firm's inception in 1994, and currently oversees all investment fund operational, accounting, and back-office activities.
Before joining Darby, Ms. Oliver worked at the U.S. Treasury Department for seven years where she ultimately served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary
for Policy Management with responsibility for coordinating the Treasury Secretary's participation in international meetings, including four G-7 Economic Summits and the annual IMF and World Bank meetings. From 1976 to 1983, Ms. Oliver served as Legislative Director for Congressman David F. Emery.
Ms. Oliver holds a BA from Duke University and an MPA in Budget and Finance from the George Washington University.
