Meredith leads the Advisor of Modsy, overseeing Stitch Fix’s network of expert stylists and customer service professionals. Meredith is passionate about delivering amazing client experiences, and joined Stitch Fix to help build stylist and customer service organizations focused on offering all Stitch Fix clients the most delightful and personalized
styling experience possible.
Prior to joining Stitch Fix, Meredith was the Senior Director of Customer and Stylist Delight at Stella & Dot. In this role, she oversaw global customer and stylist support operations, including driving the transition from an outsourced to an in-house support model. Previously, Meredith was a Director at Walmart.com where she was responsible for the item data collection, categorization and content operations that fueled the online customer shopping experience. Meredith holds a B.S. in Management from Bucknell University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
