Melissa is a former analyst with a veterinary medicine consultancy, and joined PEXEL in 2009. She started with Pexel as a Research Executive and Project Manager, and gained direct management experience across a wide range of fieldwork projects, including a 3-year study throughout Europe on behalf of a medical institution at an Ivy League
university. And latterly she was Projects Director, responsible for the deployment of all fieldwork projects in our CATI/TDI centre.Melissa is a big fan of technology and has instituted a number of innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
