Melissa was appointed Head of Retail Operations for OrotonGroup in August 2015 with responsibility for Oroton’s network of stores across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Melissa has over 12 years’ experience at Oroton having held various management and regional roles. During 2012 Melissa was based in Singapore to lead Oroton’s expansion into the
overseas markets. Most recently Melissa held the position of National Retail Manager overseeing the Australian business.
Melissa holds a Business Degree from Griffith University with a double major in Human Resources and Hotel Management and a Diploma in Retail Management.
