Melanie Tantingco is deeply engaged in cultivating organizational culture and managing talent acquisition strategies. In the fall of 2022, she assumed the role of VP, People at Cube with the objective of establishing scalable People Operations procedures. Concurrently, Melanie serves as an Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners, offering
expertise in people operations to various companies within the portfolio.
Melanie held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Sisense, following its merger with Periscope Data in May 2019. During her tenure at Periscope Data, she concentrated on cultivating a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline, leading to significant increases in female hires, particularly in software engineering and executive positions. Melanie also has experience serving as the executive sponsor for several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
