My role involves working together with organisations, understanding their
needs and creating dynamic learning experiences, blending technologies, that will drive their people strategy forward.
Prior to this role I held senior roles with a number of leading global consulting firms, supporting clients globally, and led teams looking after FTSE and Fortune 500 companies across multiple industry sectors.
I am absolutely passionate about getting a genuine understanding of my clients' businesses and commercial realities then creating unique learning platforms that will spark learning and proactive career ownership and talent management; better enabling individuals to 'love' their work which is so important to an individual's wellbeing and an organisation's success.
