Mrs. Megan Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Pure Alchemy Products, LLC; a manufacturer of certified natural health and beauty aids serving an increasingly multicultural consumer landscape, based in Dallas, TX. With over a decade of marketing and consultant management experiences in the CPG sector, Mrs. Johnson founded Pure Alchemy Products with a
passion for purveying natural beauty solutions and a sense of purpose to pay entrepreneurship forward, especially for women in developing circumstances. Recognizing a gap in the marketplace for product innovation and certified natural ingredient solutions that address the savvy, natural-seeking beauty consumer’s hair care needs, she decided to explore her entrepreneurial proclivity and started her own personal care line, CoCo | Conscious Collective™, the company’s flagship brand. Leveraging her industry network and general management acumen, Pure Alchemy Products is poised to become a prominent player in this niche segment.
Experiences in addition to Pure Alchemy Products include global and domestic brand management roles at small to mid-cap entrepreneurial CPG and nonprofit organizations realizing between $25MM and $2B in revenue (Borden Dairy Company, Susan G. Komen, and Johnson Products Company). Prior to transitioning to brand management, Mrs. Johnson held senior advisory positions in the private equity sector as well as in transactions and operational finance consulting at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Mrs. Johnson holds her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
