2011 and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation from October 2009 to September 2011. Ms. Spencer founded two previous companies, taking each from start-up to global market leadership in their respective sectors. Hamilton Equine Systems, Inc., a high tech veterinary products company, was successfully sold at an attractive return on investment for its investors. Hamilton-Thorne Research offered reproductive toxicology testing systems for the study of the effects of chemicals, pesticides and prescription drugs on human and animal reproduction.
